Néng gàosu wǒ rúhé bǎochí jiànkāng ma?
Can you tell me how I can keep fit?
♦B:你可以试试每天慢跑。
Nǐ kěyǐ shì shì měi tiān mànpǎo.
You can try to jog every day.
♦A:我不喜欢慢跑,没意思。
Wǒ bù xǐhuan mànpǎo, méiyìsi.
I don’t like jogging. It is not interesting.
♦B:听说上下楼梯也是一种保持健康的好方法,你也可以做仰卧起坐。
Tīng shuō shàngxià lóutī yěshì yī zhǒng bǎochí jiànkāng de hǎo fāngfǎ, nǐ yě kěyǐ zuò yǎngwò qǐ zuò.
I am told walking up and down the stairs is also a good way to keep fit. And you can do sit-ups too.
