A: How is your sleeping normally?

B: So so, sometimes can’t fall asleep, sometimes not bad, but the times I can’t sleep are more the time I have good sleeps, and also, after 3 or 4 hours sleep, I will just wake up and can’t sleep again.

A: Do you know ‘sleep quotient’?

B: I just know ‘intelligence quotient’ and ‘emotional quotient’, what does this ‘sleep quotient’ mean?

A:‘ Sleep quotient’ means the quality of your sleep. If you have high quality sleep, it means your sleep quotient is high.; on the contrary, you have low sleep quotient.

B: I think our new times is an era which is lack of sleep, I can see many of my friends don’t have enough sleep, sometimes sleep even less than I do, easy.

A: Yup, some people think sleep is wasting of time, so they occupy the sleeping time to work, study, play games and so on.

B: But I think these can be seen as excuses, we should pay attention to our health, anyway, Health is the fundamentality of our body.

A: Yes, Hong Kong people are so busy at work, when they return home, it’s almost around 9 to 10 o’clock, then they think the after time is their own time, they spend the after time to surf the internet, watch some movies, and the time past very quickly, until 12 o’clock, after the shower, it’s around 1 o’clock.

B: This is so wrong, we should sleep earlier.

A: You are right. Good sleep can keep you full of energy.

B: In order to getting a good sleep, what should we pay attention to?

A: There are three key element: suitable beddings and enviorment, 25℃of room temperature and 50%to 60%humidity, dim light, and don’t eat too much 3 to 4 hours before you sleep, and don’t do too much excercises.

B: I think I should go back and check my room.

A: 你平時瞓覺瞓成點嘛?

B: 麻麻地, 有時瞓唔著, 有時瞓得唔錯, 不過瞓唔著既時候多過瞓得好既時候, 同埋瞓三四個鍾之後會醒佐, 跟住就瞓唔返啦.

A: 你知唔知咩叫睡商啊?

B: 我淨係聽過智商同情商, 睡商係咩意思?

A: 睡商係指睡眠质量,如果你瞓得好證明你既睡商高,如果唔係就係睡商低 。

B: 我諗我地呢一個時代係一個欠缺睡眠既时代, 我睇我身邊好多朋友都瞓唔夠囉. 佢地分分鍾仲瞓得少過我添.

A: 係啊 ,有啲人认为瞓觉係浪费时间,所以佢地用睡眠时间来工作、学习 、玩游戏, 等等。

B: 但係我觉得呢啲都係借口,我地应该注重健康,无论如何, 身体都係最重要既。

A: 係啊, 香港好多人認為返工放工好忙, 返到屋企差唔多九點十點, 之後果啲時間先係佢地既, 所以佢地想用果啲時間上吓網, 睇吓網站, 睇吓戲, 唔經唔覺都成十二點幾啦, 之後沖埋涼都成點鍾啦

B: 其實咁樣就錯啦, 我地應該早啲瞓覺就岩.

A: 你係岩既 ,好既睡眠可以令你精力充沛。

B: 为佐有好既睡眠,我地应该注意啲咩呢?

A: 要有三个要素:合适既床上用品同環境 、25℃既室內温度同50% 至60%既湿度, 仲要有昏暗既光线, 同埋瞓覺之前三至四個鍾盡量唔好食野同做劇烈運動。

B: 我諗我应该返去检查下我既卧室啦.
