Nǐ néng gěi wǒ jiǎng jiǎng rúhé zhǎodào yī fèn lǐxiǎng de gōngzuò ma?
Can you tell me how to find an ideal job?
♦B:首先,你应该找一份适合你的工作。
Shǒuxiān, nǐ yīnggāi zhǎo yī fèn shìhé nǐ de gōngzuò.
First you should find a job that fits you well.
♦A:有时候我一开始发现某个工作适合我,可就是做不好。
shíhou wǒ yī kāishǐ fāxiàn mǒu gè gōngzuò shìhé wǒ, kě jiùshì zuò bù hǎo.
Sometimes I find at first the job fits me, but I can’t do it well.
♦B:如果你发现了一份合适的工作,你就应该有好的状态。
Rúguǒ nǐ fāxiàn le yī fèn héshì de gōngzuò, nǐ jiù yīnggāi yǒu hǎo de zhuàngtài.
If you think you’ve found a proper job, you should enjoy going to work.

I am dreaming about doing one job in my lifetime.
♦B:这就取决于你自已了,但是在大多数情况下是不可能的。
Zhè jiù qǔjué yú nǐ zìyǐ le, dànshì zài dà duōshù qíngkuàng xià shì bù kěnéng de.
It depends. But in most cases it is impossible.
♦A:我知道现在跳槽在年轻人中间很盛行。
Wǒ zhīdào xiànzài tiàocáo zài niánqīng rén zhōngjiān hěn shèngxíng.
I know job-hopping is popular among the young people.
♦B:一切事情都有其两面性。
Yīqiè shìqíng dōu yǒu qí liǎngmiànxìng.
